Your Perfect Pocket Monster Legends: Z-A Super Form According to the Astrological Sign

This comeback of Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked immense enthusiasm across the fandom. From the one-by-one unveiling of newcomers ahead of the title's release, to trainers developing strong opinions on the full lineup of Mega Evolutions, there's plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to.

Given numerous of the Mega Evolutions boasting unique appearances that highlight their traits, one idea naturally: How can connect this with zodiac signs? This list is based on a blend of vibes, sign stereotypes, and individual observations.

Aries – Super Camerupt

Honestly, Houndoom was almost selected for this fire sign, as both are the Super Form and astrological sign that inspire the greatest apprehension. But, a Super Houndoom appears as constantly angry, which doesn't match the Aries vibe, known for being fun, light-hearted, and impulsive. That's why the Ram far more similar to Super Camerupt, which solely spews lava when provoked. Remain on the friendly side of either and benefit from a powerful partner; if you cross them, prepare to get burned.

The Bull – Super Heracross

Much like a devoted Taurus, the reliable Heracross, whether in its regular and Super Form, has aided many trainers in Legends: Z-A. Though dependable, both the creature and a Bull are also Fighting types, and – be it their trainer or a strong opinion – will stand up for their position unwaveringly. The thing about Super Heracross that reminds me most of my Taurus friends, though, is its unabashed love of snacks. Many previous official descriptions note their fondness for tasty tree sap and how it employs its horn to hoard it everything, which is pure Bull-sign vibe.

Gemini – Mega Medicham

Observe this total queen. You cannot convince me this creature is not the life of every party, providing an endless stream of chatter to anyone who wants to listen. Much like an enrapturing, gregarious Twins, it's very easy to imagine Super Medicham mesmerizing an entire open area with their tales. Medicham’s official description also states its capacity to predict an opponent's next moves, which sounds quite like a people-smart Twins.

Cancer – Super Manectric

The Crab is commonly considered as the most sensitive member of the zodiac, a passionate sign known for frequently becoming wrapped up in their emotions. Per the Pokédex, Super Evolution charges the Pokémon with a “huge quantity of energy, but it's excessive for this Pokémon to fully manage,” which sounds a lot like a typical Cancer emotional outburst. It is also known for its capability to create a thundercloud over its very head – and if there’s one thing a Crab is going to do, it’s rain on their good time.

Leo – Super Starmie

Oh, did you assume I was going to pick the lion Pokémon for the king of the zodiac? Aside from the fact that it would be far too obvious, Leo is obviously Super Starmie, the diva whose gams just became an internet sensation for being too fabulous (or terrifying, depending on your taste). Fans couldn’t look away from the violet starfish, and that’s precisely the same energy a Lion brings to the scene. This Pokémon is also rumored to be transmitting signals from its red core out into space, and it’s just like a Leo to be putting on a show, albeit for aliens.

The Maiden – Super Victreebel

The ever-prepared and constantly-worried Virgo is ideally encapsulated in Mega Victreebel, the Super Form with constant digestive issues. The zodiac symbol famous for being charmingly judgmental is clearly mirrored across this Pokémon’s whole evolutionary chain, from a perpetually shocked expression like a Maiden when you inform them you don’t have a retirement plan, to its upside-down visage that’s just like the symbol a Maiden sends to the group chat when all says they want to “go with the flow” instead of creating a strategy.

Libra – Super Audino

Look at this sweet, sensitive creature, who uses the feelers on its auditory organs to detect how people are feeling by their heartbeat. Always compassionate – sometimes to a detriment – and trying to keep the harmony, there are numerous Scales who would likely benefit from Mega Audino’s skills. However, to be frank, it would probably just cause them to worry even more about others.

The Scorpion – Super Banette

This Ghost-type is a creature with a unexpectedly tragic origin: Discarded as a doll, it gained sentient through pure hatred and vowed retribution on its previous caretaker. Per the Pokédex, Mega Evolution, “enhances its spitefulness.” That sounds precisely like many discussions I’ve had with my scary Scorpion acquaintances. A Scorpio loves cosmic justice and comeuppance, making them the ideal match with Mega Banette.

Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha

Both Super Hawlucha and Archers are always putting on a show. As a Sagittarius myself, the amount of occasions I’ve called myself some variation of a “playful small jester” is countless. The most flamboyant and most attention-seeking Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even mentions how it “poses to display its strength.” I would do the exact same thing if I had a Super Form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Archer match I can think of.

The Goat – Super Absol

Were you aware that a Mega Absol has the ability to foresee disasters ahead of time? That gives the identical vibe as a Goat, who often consistently think they’re right. Interestingly, similar to a prophetic Super Absol, they often are. It’s also the absolute initial Super Form that trainers encounter in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Capricorn to join the beginning of the Super Form craze.

The Water Bearer – Super Chandelure

Aloof air sign Aquarius is possibly the non-flame sign that is closest to a fire sign – its counterpart is the Lion, and there are numerous memes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being unpredictable accomplices. Super Chandelure's dual Spirit/Flame typing matches perfectly with this, and the Mega’s overall daunting aura is also very Aquarius. If you weren’t already convinced, the Super Form's Pokédex entry says it “draws in hatred and converts it into strength.” If that doesn’t perfectly {encaps
